1. 概述

本政策说明 iOS 应用页见（以下简称「本应用」）如何处理与保护你的信息。页见是一款面向纸质阅读的笔记工具，用于拍摄书页、识别文字、整理笔记、生成 AI 摘要、管理书目、回顾复习和记录阅读打卡。

本版本不提供账号登录功能，也不提供 iCloud 同步功能。你的书目、笔记、图片和打卡数据默认保存在你的设备本地或应用沙盒内。

2. 我们处理哪些信息

2.1 你主动创建或在本机产生的数据

书目与页笔记：书名、作者、分类、封面、页码、章节、笔记正文、识别文字、AI 摘要、个人感想等。
书页与封面图片：你通过相机拍摄或从相册选择的书页、书籍封面、头像等图片。
阅读打卡：打卡日期、阅读页数、阅读时长、连续打卡等你主动记录的数据。
个人资料：你在「我的」中设置的昵称和头像。
应用偏好：例如分享设置、拍照增强开关、打卡目标、提醒时间等，可能保存在 UserDefaults 或应用沙盒文件中。

我们不会将上述内容出售给第三方，也不会用于与本应用核心功能无关的广告画像或跨应用追踪。

2.2 设备权限

相机：用于拍摄书页、封面或头像；仅在你授权后访问。
照片图库：用于从相册选择书页、封面或头像图片；仅在你授权后访问。
日历：当你主动选择添加阅读提醒时，用于向系统日历写入每日阅读提醒。
提醒事项：当你主动选择添加阅读提醒时，用于向系统提醒事项写入每日阅读提醒。

你可以随时在 iOS「设置」中管理或撤回上述权限。

2.3 AI 摘要

当你使用 AI 摘要功能时，本应用会基于当前页的识别文字生成一句摘要。当前版本不会将书页图片或识别文字发送给第三方 AI 服务。 AI 生成内容可能存在不准确或表达不完整的情况，请以原文和你的判断为准。

2.4 分享

当你使用分享功能时，本应用会根据你的选择生成分享图片或文本，并调用 iOS 系统分享面板。分享对象、分享平台和后续处理由你选择的系统服务或第三方应用决定。

3. 第三方服务

Apple 系统服务：相机、照片、日历、提醒事项、App Store 分发与系统分享面板由 Apple 提供。
广告与分析：当前版本未集成广告 SDK，也未集成第三方统计分析 SDK。
第三方 AI 服务：当前版本不会把你的书页图片或识别文字发送给第三方 AI 服务处理。

4. 存储、安全与删除

你的书目、笔记、图片和打卡数据默认保存在设备本地或应用沙盒中。
你可以在应用内删除书籍、笔记或相关记录；卸载应用通常会删除仅保存在应用沙盒内的数据。
我们会尽合理努力使用系统提供的安全机制保护本地数据，但请注意，任何软件都无法保证绝对安全。

5. 儿童

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。若你认为我们无意中处理了儿童相关信息，请通过 App Store 产品页展示的开发者联系方式联系我们。

6. 你的权利与联系我们

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app 页见 (the “App”) processes and protects your information. The App helps paper-book readers photograph pages, recognize text, organize notes, generate AI summaries, manage books, review notes, and record reading check-ins.

This version does not provide account login or iCloud sync. Your books, notes, images, and check-in records are stored locally on your device or in the app sandbox by default.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Data you create or generate on device

Books and page notes: book title, author, category, cover, page number, chapter, note text, recognized text, AI summary, and personal reflections.
Page and cover images: page photos, book covers, and avatar images captured with the camera or selected from Photos.
Reading check-ins: check-in dates, pages read, reading duration, streaks, and similar records you choose to save.
Profile: nickname and avatar set in the Profile page.
Preferences: sharing settings, capture enhancement settings, check-in goals, reminder time, and similar preferences, which may be stored in UserDefaults or app sandbox files.

We do not sell this information to third parties and do not use it for advertising profiles or cross-app tracking unrelated to the App’s core features.

2.2 Permissions

Camera: to capture book pages, covers, or avatars, only after your permission.
Photo Library: to select page, cover, or avatar images, only after your permission.
Calendar: when you choose to add a reading reminder, to write a daily reading reminder to Calendar.
Reminders: when you choose to add a reading reminder, to write a daily reading reminder to Reminders.

You can manage or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

2.3 AI summaries

When you use AI summaries, the App generates a one-sentence summary based on the recognized text of the current page. This version does not send your page images or recognized text to third-party AI services. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, so please refer to the original text and your own judgment.

2.4 Sharing

When you use sharing features, the App creates a share image or text according to your choice and opens the iOS system share sheet. The destination, platform, and subsequent processing are determined by the system service or third-party app you choose.

3. Third-Party Services

Apple system services: Camera, Photos, Calendar, Reminders, App Store distribution, and the system share sheet are provided by Apple.
Advertising and analytics: this version does not integrate advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs.
Third-party AI services: this version does not send your page images or recognized text to third-party AI services for processing.

4. Storage, Security, and Deletion

Your books, notes, images, and check-in records are stored locally on your device or in the app sandbox by default.
You can delete books, notes, and related records in the App. Uninstalling the App typically deletes data stored only in the app sandbox.
We use reasonable system-provided safeguards to protect local data, but no software can guarantee absolute security.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently processed a child’s information, please contact us through the developer contact information shown on the App Store product page.

6. Your Rights and Contact

You can view, edit, or delete the books and notes you create in the App, and you can manage app permissions in iOS Settings. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data processing practices, please contact us through the developer contact information shown on the App Store product page.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or App Store release notes.
